What can you expect when working with Management Solutions NW?

  • All phone calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours.   Our interaction with owners is a direct reflection of the board, and can either bring a community together or pull them apart. We take this responsibility very seriously.  
  • Strong communication and transparency are necessary factors in running all associations.  We provide a “members only” section on our website that allows owners and the board access to information at their convenience.  Governing documents, financial reports, meeting minutes, forms, newsletters and any other reports that the board authorizes can be posted here.  We are also able to push information out to owners and resident with group email blast abilities.  A newsletter attached to an email will be read more often than one that just sits on a website. 
  • Communication between the community manager and the board is also very important.  Our software  gives the board access to additional  information and data.  Reports can be generated for all open (or closed) compliance issues, call logs, ACC requests and approvals, and outstanding maintenance issues.
  • All association business, owner submissions, maintenance items, architectural approvals, etc. are stored and accessible through the website portal.  As boards transition, the ability for new board members to quickly see if a shed was approved previously,  or what work was done in  in the common areas last year, is invaluable.  No more rummaging through boxes in hopes that the information is available.
